Master's Project

3D animation portraying Renal Vascular Congestion Caused by the Mismatch Between Cortical and Medullary Circulation

This project was built in conjunction with the article By Sarah McLarnon et. al. titled: Lipopolysaccharide Pretreatment Prevents Medullary Vascular Congestion following Renal Ischemia by Limiting Early Reperfusion of the Medullary Circulation published in the Journal of the American Society of Nephrology.

Dr. Paul O'connor, tenured professor at the Department of Physiology at the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University, served as the content specialist throughout the creation of the article figures and animation.
